The Spears Family Heritage Project began in 2006 as a gift to my soon to be born daughter. It was my intention to provide her with a lasting legacy of her family history.

As I began my research it soon became a passion of mine to know more about who my (our) ancestors were and where they came from.

 

Along the way it was discovered that some information given me to was incorrect. Even with erros it has been fun to discover the truth and to now know that many great lives were a precedent to mine and my daughters generation.

 

This journey could not have been made possible without the help of some great friends and family including my wonderful father who passed from the earth on  May 11, 2010. I wish to thank the following people:
